Dear as you said recently you deleted entire profiles of two very excellent designers just because of their behavior!
i think you are wrong being a muslim you have to educate them about this and if they are not coming on the way then you have to take action
this is my suggestion any how you are the ADMIN

Pegham per hamari koshish hoti hai keh jo hunar aur qabliyat hamarey paas hai, woh doosron mein baantein. Jo Pegham hamarey paas hai ussey doosron tak pohanchaein...

Woh log jin key paas ko hunar hai magar us hunar ki wajah sey maghroor ho jatey hain aur apney siwa kisi koi kuchh nahin samajhtey, aisey logon ki Pegham per qatan koi gunjaish nahin - gharoor karney waley per Allah ki lanat ho! Merey nazdeek aisa hunar kisi kaam ka nahin, jis mein gharoor ho aur doosron ko kamtar samjha jaey!

Main aisey logon ko Pegham per bardasht nahin kar sakta - agar AAP mein gharoor hai to aap ki Pegham per koi jagah nahin!!!!

Aur agar aap aajzi key saath jo hunar Allah ney aap ko diya hai, ussey doosron mein bantna chahtey hain to Pegham per tah-e-dil sey khush'aamdeed!
