Sir, Why can't I send Private messages to other Forum members? When I tried to send a private message, I got following.

Ilm phailana aik alag baat hay.

Laikin yeh 101 post wali restriction (SAZA) mairee samajh main naheen aee.

Yeh kia baat hoee key 101 post kay baad aap proper member kehlatay ho. Ab kafee members aisay bhi hain, jo ziada tar posts parhtay hain, aur kartay kam hain, ab kia wo intezar kartay rahain Admin ka..

Yeh kisi bhi Forum ki intehaee stupid qisam ki restriction hay

well dear you have joined this forum just now, we are here for quite some time. All the members were given this access the moment they join forum but they have started missusing it, many members register and log in just to chat with female members and irritate them. Is liyeh ab yeh ristrictions lagayi gayi hain ke after completion of 101 posts when you become a regular member you'll get this access. I think this is quite sensable justification for it.

Ab rahi baat 101 psots complete kerne ki to ..................... not a big deal I'll give u a tip ..... 58 to tumhari ho chuki hain baqi 42 smilies kahin bhi post ker do ;) :D

Bohat achay :tauba , to agar 101 posts kay baad action hi laina hay, to yeh kaam to aap 101 post karwaiy baghair bhi kar saktay hain.

So PM ka matlab hota hay, Priavte Message and aur main nay kisi say koi Private baat poochni thi. Aur is par kisi ko koi Aitraz naheen hona chaiey. Agar main is ko Mis-use karon ga, to phir zaroor koi action lain.

Again, agar aap nay soach samajh kar bhi yeh restriction lagai hay, then I must say, this is totally Illogical, Chatting, aur PMs is not bad between people.

Is ki bajaey agar Aap Admins aur Moderators khud Active rahain, to phir koi mis-use naheen kar sakta.

well her fourm kee apni apni policy huti hain jo k os fourm kee behtree k liy huti hain...
aur 101 kee ristriction esi liy hian k hum pehly dekh lain k aya yeh member kitna mukhlas hay pegham k sath .....

Again, I must say, you can't figure out a person from his/her 101 posts. Jis nay jab mis-use karna ho ga, wo waisay bhi karay ga.

I'm a member of 4 other Paki/urdu forums and saw some old members (with thousands of posts) to be kicked out just becuase they used Obsence language again some female.

You can't stop the mis-use of such facilities. Laikin is tarah hum jaisay log kafee bother hotay hain. Ab what If I don't have much things to make 101 posts?

That means, to talk to a member privately, I have to make 101 posts aur main us say pehlay koi private baat naheen kar sakta sakta? Waoo, Kia friendhip forum hay bhai

Iska nateeja kya nikla? Log join kartey aur sab sey pehley female member ko PM kartey keh mujh sey dosti karo gi? Mujhey problems hain aap btao gi? Mujhey apni MSN/yahoo ki ID do gi??

Jab ham ney is per restriction rakhi to woh log jo aisey PM kartey they woh ghaib ho gaey - iska matlab hai keh woh yahan per seekhney seekhaney Pegham key liye kaam karney nahin aatey - aaj bhi unki posting ki ta'dad 0 - 20+ key darmiyaan ho gi - HAMEIN PEGHAM PER AISEY LOG NAHIN CHAHIYE!

میں اس بات سے قطعا اتفاق نہیں کرتا کہ یہ بات چیت کا فورم نہیں ہے۔ کیا یہاں گپ شپ کا سیکشن نہیں؟ کیا لوگ مختلف موضوعات پر بات چیت نہیں کرتے؟ کیا یہاں لوگ مذاق نہیں کرتے؟ یہاں اب بھی سب کچھ ہوتا ہے۔ لیکن جہاں اچھے لوگ ہوتے ہیں، وہاں برے لوگ بھی ہوتے ہیں۔

میں آپ لوگوں کو مجبور تو نہیں کر سکتا، لیکن میری ایک رائے ہے۔ کہ بجأے اسکے کہ اپ لوگوں پر 101 پوسٹ کرنے کی پا بندی لگائیں، آپ ممبران کو بلاک کرنے کے سہولت دیں، تاکہ اگر کوئی ممبر کسی دوسرےیا دوسری ممبر کو تنگ کرنے کی کوشش کرے، تو دوسرا ممبر اسے خود بلاک کردے۔ یا
اس تنگ کرنے والے ممبر کو وقتی طور پر فورم میں بلاک کر دیا جائے،اور اگر پھر تنگ کرے تو باہر نکال دیا جاۓ۔

Lekin jo restriction ham ney lagai hain uskey peechey aik aham reason spamming ka bhi hai - aik member siwaey apney forum ki tash'heer key aur kuchh nahin kartey they to aisey logon ko ham ijazat nahin dey sakte...

So these restrictions are there to protect Pegham and it's members values :)

sab say pehlay to yeh k jis thread ka ishara kar k aap nay pehli line likhi hai woh mera he thread tha, magar us maiN maiN nay kaheeN bhi aisi "tehzeeb o tameez" ka istemal nahee kia jis tarhaan aap nay kia hai...... aur dosri baat yeh k maiN nay us thread main pegham ka server baar baar down honay ki shikayat ki thee na kay kisi "pabandi" par uchal rhaa thaa..... agar forum par koi "qanon" mojod hai to is main itni pareshani wali kia baat hai, shayad aap ka wasta ab tak qanon o tehzeeb say aazad forum say he paRa hai.... forum k rules banana Administration ka "Farz" hai aur ussay follow karna member ka...... agar aap nahee mantay to phir Administration karwai ka haq mehfooz rakhti hai, jitni saholat di hai usi par qana'at kejeay, aur behtar hai apna "daira" khud bana lain is say pehlay k koi aur aap ki "had" muqar'rar karay....!!

But to stop spam, you can use this time restriction technique that, No user should be allowed to post more than 1 post in 2 minutes or 5 minutes or whatever you think is the time interval. This is also what I observed in a forum having large amount of traffic. i.e. you can't post more than 1 post within 120 seconds and I know spammer's mentality, they can't wait too long. They want to post huge amount of posts, which would not be possible in this way. :)
