    The Holy month of Ramazan has just come. in this month, having fast of 12 hours or more can lead towards lowered metabolism rate, dizziness, and etc.however, eating proper food in the right combination will help maintain the ideal weight and prevent conditions like dizziness, constipation, headache, indigestion, low blood pressure, and heart burn. Here are few tips to follow during Sehr and Iftar.

    For Sehr

    *For the fressh and energetic day, eat which is healthier like whole wheat, grains and seeds.
    *Try to avoid Paratha's, which is full of Gee. As this meal is very energetic, but it also leads towards burning stomach and acidity.
    *A good sehri should ideally include either one or two or as you like whole wheat bread or Naan, or high-fiber cereal with a cup of low fat skimmed milk.
    *If you want to have fruit, you can choose one-two pieces of fruit or three dates or one banana.
    *Avoid taking a lot of tea. Tea makes you pass urine taking with it valuable minerals salts that your body would need during the day.
    *Avoid simple sugar or refined food. These are fast burning sugars that lead to an increase in insulin causing a low sugar level.
    *A good sehri should ideally includes either a combination of one or two slice of bread or you can take one simple Naan of whole wheat ,or a high fiber cereal with a cup of low-fat skimmed milk.

    For Iftar

    *Break the fast with dates and a glass or half cup of juice. As dates and juice is the good source of sugar. If we take them in balance quantites, they will balance our body's water and mineral.
    *Eat food from all the four food groups- bread and cereal, milk and dairy, meat or fish, vegetable and fruit.
    *Eat slowly and watch out for portion size.
    *Make sure you drink sufficient amounts of water b/w sehr and Iftar.
    *Try to eat healthier, not a heavy meal.
    *Take fruits, rather than eating fried things, as these things make a heavy feel and they r not easily digested.
