here are some random words:

ښاغلي = Mr.
ميرمن = Miss.
مننە = thank you (too common :D:)
سمە دە = ok/all right
چورلٹ = exactly (in urdu bilkul)
سکوٹ = absolutely
بريښناليک = e-mail
ويبپاڼە = web-site

Thanks taureen nice work, but ap loog pushto ko bohat mushkli bana rahay ho ya phir mujhe lag rahi hai yahan pe :D
mein word pronounce karnay per hi confuse ho jata hoon yahan pe tu
coz speaking tu bohat asaan hai lekin yeh reading bohat ajeeb lagti hai mujhe tu samajh hi nahi ati ap logoon ki Roman Pushto bohat hi kam samajh ati hai :S

Gul, in "Deyra meyraabaani", "dera" is Pakhto which means "very much or alot" and "meyraabaani" is Urdu not Pakhtu, in Pakhto its "manana". so it would be dera manana
i know many ppl use mehrabani for manana but its because they dont know that mehrabani is not pakhto...inshallah I will slowly will come up with the pakhto words for words like mehrabani so we have the pure pakhto.


GumShuda, no buddy we are not trying to make pakhto harder...but we do try to make it pure..i know why u feel that we make it harder..its because u have or know the "urdu" versions of most of the words like manana (mehrabani), sama da (teek da), rogh jorh yam (teek taak yam...i am fine) etc....and yes it maybe a bit difficult to read Roman pakhto because there are many letters in pahto that u dont have in urdu..and tring to find the Roman versions for some of them can be hard and therefore hard for others to read...espcially ppl who are not familair with pakhto.
