Indeed it is an inspirational quote but i do believe that everything doesn't exactly work the way as this quote explains, meanwhile it surely provides a bit of boast in the inpurt when it comes to achievement. It emphesises on a man's determination and psychological strength and depicts that a man in itself contains enough potential to achieve the toughest targets by putting an adequate sum of engergy. The person bearing a strong mentality and self-confidence can take more advantage. Reciprocally, the person who is so weak in his thinking and approach can't really go through.

Thanks for putting and letting us share the wisdom quote here in the forum. Before going into a brief detail, let me make it clear that each word and phrase can be taken in two senses and meanings; one related to Almighty God and another universe.

As regards the quote in question, the author might have used it in two senses...one related to Almight God while another human being. Therefore, as far as Allah is concerned, that's our firm faith that He is the most Powerful of all. Yes, He can do everything whatever he wishes to but He will not become a human being. God forbid, He wishes to adopt a shape of human being, then what difference is left between a Creator and Creature? Hence Allah can do but He does not and in this way He is right.

Well, so for the second sense that is related to human being, life is what teaches us what our teachers and parents might not have taught us in schools. All of us come across lots of situations in our life where we can do but we don't. Let's suppose, a man goes to kill his enemy. Yes, he can kill him if the enemy is empty-handed or his gun does not work. Right on that moment, he could be killed easily and saved too. Here I would like to cite the incident of Hazrat Ali (RA) who once overpowered a infidel but as the latter spit on Ali's face, he immediately let him go though he could kill him easily...but he spared him and finally the same non-believer embraced Islam.

I think this Quote is depicting the importance of Will Power.No doubt that ALLAH is the supreme power and nothing can be done without His consent yet even then it's one's will that makes the task easy.If one firmly believes in his/her potentials only then he/she would be able to accomplish the job.Otherwise no matter how easy the work is if one is lacking the self assurance and will power, nothing can be achieved.
It remindes me of a quote of almost same meaning....
"I can and I will". So, all is the play of self-confidedence and Determination....

I'll say it very shortly . I think It means that " You know ur self and your cababilities more then any one else, if you know you can do some thing it means you really can and if you say you can't so you are aware of wht is possibel for you and wht's not"

Well ... hi guys... how are you all...
I m somewhat agree with your ideas n thoughts... definately.. this quote has lots of meanings inwhich the basic one has been explained by all of you... its really nice... to see u all here... n great to know abt ur inner personality.. If we give up... n just dont take a chance of risk... O c'mon lets try... then we really cannt do nothing.. but if we keep hope alive... n keep our senses like... we have to do it... then we can...
for me the big example is...
i wanna go to skool so i must need to wake up early..
n if i feel in the morning.. at very first blink of eye.. that i shudnt wake up lets make some excuse... then ... i feel i m killing myself by my hands...
but if i motivate my spirit... wake up kid.. life is just not to sleep but to gain... and to gain... I have to be lil restless.. hehe... when i m in class at time.. i feel great .. to understand n participate in lecture... but when i go late.. or just cudnt attend class by any reason till the end of smester... i feel guilty.. how bad.. what was so hard if u had to wake up early for some months... hehe..
thats how life works... if dont try we cannt do nothing... but one thing.. we have to try things in positive manners.. we have to stop ourselves doing nething or motivating ourselves.. to go beyond the limits or at bad-negative tracks... :lpop::khi:
