Searching my soul
looking within
well i wonder
where to begin

what is there?
can there be?
something way inside of me?

eating away that which is me
what is this corruption
that is afflicting me?

the deeper i look
the longer i search
it only becomes that much worse

so why am i searching?
why can't i see?
i really need to better be

and in the end
wash away the sin
and see a whole new me!
