There are no gains without pains means that if you want to receive benefit in every phase of the life you should spend efforts. There is very strong consensus among people that achieving something will require a great deal of efforts associated with it.

In my view, the higher you go, the more you have to be patient and the tighter you have to be assembled. Many intellectual and globally recognized people have escaped their sleeps, never worked based on the clock circle, never realized the raise of a sun and of course the sunset. The only thing they have concentrated and focused on have been their research item and their awaiting destiny.

If we give a precise look to the achievements made lately, they all because of the tiresome efforts make by individuals who resulted in giving light to a group and colony of people.

To make the long story short and come to the point, this is always very much evident and clear that no one can get/achieve the goal without putting all the potential and energy for it and never look behind and get remorseful for the threw up sweets.

Looking precisely at the statements above, we can come to a conclusion that there is "no gain without pain"
Without effort you will never receive any kind of advantage. In holy Quran Allah say that I did not create human and the fairy but for my worship. What is the purpose of worship nothing but advantage in that world? If you say prayer, keep fast, pay zakat and perform pilgrimage then Allah will give us its benefit in that word which is heaven.

In this world if you want to receive every things you will struggle and work. Without efforts and work you will never receive any thing. Allah like the workers and even work is farz on us. Gaining money and providing every thing to our family is farz on us and without work and struggle we can not provide them food, cloths, house and other primary essential material for their life, therefore it is Farz on us to work and struggle to provide our family every kind of facilities for their life.

Our country and people have right on us to serve them in good manner, and without spending efforts we can not do any thing for our country and people. For example our country and people need for doctor, engineer, teacher, and workers in other professional and technical sections. To perform these all duties and responsibilities for our country and people we have to study to get knowledge and getting knowledge is farz on both man and women even if it will be in china. Now you know better that without struggle and work you will never receive knowledge and you will never be a doctor, engineer, teacher and etc. if you really want to be a doctor, engineer and any other professional and technical member of the country. You should try and work in this regard. Then you will be able to server your people and country.

There is a proverb that Allah helps those selves who help themselves. Then it is our duty and responsibility to spend all of our time for getting knowledge and work for our family, people and country and in the result we will receive the benefit of both worlds.

and this proverb is realy true that Allah helps those who help themselves, whatever we read in books, looking example or if we go through history we find that the great men really escaped from their rests, they sacrificed, struggled and suffered pain for gains.
