Well
It is almost truth that where there is no pain, there will be no gain. Patience in pains make man learn a lot. It gives man to bear hard times and have a great struggle to achieve his goals. Struggle makes man to achieve his goals and at the back end of struggles there are some pains, which have to be beared by him.

̵ When we start working under supervision of a boss or any senior, many times on very simple mistake are awarded with scolding, insult and humiliation, this is the pain in our part. But when we learn from our mistakes and their advises we become efficient and professional this is what we gain.

The quote demonstrate the strong interaction between pain and gain...i mean it vividly depicts the direct propotion between pain and gain i.e. more you go through pain, the more you gain and likewise, but while explaining (apart from ur examples) you are mentioning the both quite separately as being the part of life.:cc:

If i were scolded by my sernior then i would rather consider it headache not pain :D

U have point of view I have mine, ppl running their own business and ppl working for some organization, both have different experiences. 1st category can never work successfully with any one and 2nd one can go along with any kind of situation and ppl.
