Winter Beauty

The snow has fallen, and the trees are all covered.
Each with its own uniqueness, they don't look smothered.

The rolling hills, and the vallies so deep.
The sun is now shining, but their beauty they keep.

Reflections of shadows, on the snow covered ground.
The image of trees, is the only thing found.

The crisp, cool air, and the whistle of the wind.
Makes each tree sway, and shiver from within.

The sun will be setting, and the land will be dark.
But the image of their beauty, will be kept by the heart.
