The pain of the heart is the greatest there is,
it can give us great joy or tear us to shreds.
The minute I looked into his eyes very blue,
The coolness and peace were just an outside view.

The words that he spoke went straight to my heart,
He awakened my world to a feeling I'd forgot.
If only I could have envisioned the pain that he'd cause,
His selfishness and spiritualism would soon have to cross.

The choice that he made to walk on the dark side,
Caused me a very deep grief that I can no longer hide.
The lies and deceit, the promise of love,
Came from the depths of deception and not from an honest mans love.

He wears a strange mask so no one can see,
That he plays lifes' game with much frivolity.
Even his family is blind to the fact,
That each word spoken is a lie intact.

I know I must not feel hatred or pain,
But it irks me to no end that he feels no shame.
I know Gods judgment is Gods alone,
I just pray I'll be there when he falls from his throne
