    khalil bhai ke liye aik poem........

    I dedicate this poem to one of my favourite brother on PG board.... as he is not an old man but still....................:)

    Hum borhay log to borhay hain...
    Hum rasm-e-zamana kia jaane???

    Hum pyar jitana kia jaane?

    Tum ishq ke hon'gay sodaai...

    Izhaar-e-tamanna kernay ko...
    ya haath paker ker chalnay ko...

    Kisi park mein jaa ker baith gaye...
    Kahin ghaas peh jaa ker lait gaye...
    Kisi coleege mein,university mein...

    Tum zaat peh mernay waalay ho...

    Hum yun to azal k boorhay hain...
    Per ishq ka rutbaah pehchaanain...


    Hum log yeh kehtay dertay hain...
    Hum rasm-e-muhabbat se waaqif ...
    Aadab-e-muhabbat kertay hain ...

    Kehnay ko to hum bhi keh guzrain..
    Per qaul nibhaain gay kesay...
    Phir khoon-e-jigar peena hoga... .

    Hum kachay gharay se lerzeeda...
    Hum aag mein kood nahi saktay ...
    Hum jalti rait se khofzada...
    Hum nehrain khod nahi saktay...

    Ik roz kaha tha AMMA'n se....
    Mujhay sab se piyari lagti ho..
    Wo qaul nibhaana dubher hai...
    Naye qaul-o-qarar kerain kesay..

    Tum ishq k hogay sodaai..

    Hum log sada k boorhay hain..
    Per ishq ka rutbah pehchaanain....
