Frame 2 ka tutorial ooper likh dya hai, aur frame 1 bahut assan iss mein ek object use kya gaya hai, iss ko copy karr karr ka four sides pe paste karr dya tha

its very easy

new file, 800 x 600

pick a pink colour as foreground colour

Select all (Ctrl+A)

Select, Modify, Border, 8 Pixels

Press Alt+Back space

Image, Canvas Size, 50pixels each side

Magic Wand Tool, Select the empty area, outter edge

Make a new layer

Fill with Pink Colour

Apply some noise, and then Blur it little

the go to custom shapes

pick that shape or any of your choice

draw that shape on border area

then the headache starts, u have to copy it at four sides, but u can reduce the burden, by merging shape layers
