hmmm Nice try ..
Bear a Few words .. Please do not mind ..
When U r cutting Border or frame from any other picture to use into your own designed work .. be careful in scratching ... the inner part which you dont wanna use can be cut by WAND MAGIC option if its of one color and can be cut by Rectangular Selection tool if its some kind of picture ... it will give you neatness in cutting out just the border to use ... good luck ...
