    Kafi arsa pehlay mere ghar walay ghar mein nahi thay to mein ne dooston koghar bula lia. Shayad match tha us din Pakistan ka. Tu us din mein ne gaye ke goosht ki champ banai. Us mein lemon bhi daala jis ki waja se flavour lemon wala ho gaya. wo maza aaya.

    Banai kuch is tarah se thi

    Goosht ke chootay chootay piece ker ke unhein lehsan aur pyaz ke pani mein haldi daal k steam kia, goosht naram hua to thoora oil aur masalay daal k bhoona phir us mein dahi, tamatar ka paste daal dia aur mazeed bhoona, end pe adrak kaat ke daali, dhaniye ki bajaye poodeena daala, aur thoora lemon nichoor dia aur kuch lemon ke cutlus ker ke topping ker di. khooshbu achi thi aur bhook b kafi lagi thi aur zaika bhi uniqe tha, Dahi poodeenay ki chatni, Naan aur Coca Cola ke saath serve kia

      me nay kuch din pehlay fish try kia steam wali ..or isi tareekay say chicken bhi steam karti houn ..donoo zabardast banti hain ..oil na honay k barabar use hota hai is main ..is leye mujhay jub dieting ka dorra parta hai to yehi banati houn :lol: or wesay bhi acha taste hota hai try karrti rehti houn : )

      Fish ka piece laian ya full fish (safaai kar lay us ki ) ..phir saray maslaye us pay laga daian ..lemon , imli k apaste, namak, mirch, haldi, lal mirch , garam masla, adrak lehsan ka paste, soukha podena ...or jo bhi masla pasand hoo ......agar dabbay wala use karna chaye to wo bhi kar saktay hian ...: )


      aik foil paper main yeh masla lagi fish rakhian or achi taraha say wrap kar daian..aik tea spoon oil dal daian .. na dalian to bhi chalye ga : )
      aik non stick fry pan laian..us main yeh rakh daian ..or achi taraha say dhuk daian takay steam bahir na niklye..

      kuch seconds aanh taiz karian takay steam jama ho jaye andur...phir buhat hi dheemi ..jitna dheemi ho utna acha hai ...

      40 min aik side n 40 min bad dosri side palat daian ...phir ready)
      me k chulhay ki jo aanch hai jitna main dheemi rakhti houn us main itna time lagta hai fish ko ...

      or same with chicken saray maslaye laga k foil paper main wrap kar k aisay steam daian ..45 min tuk ban jati hai na banye to phir say steam day daian ...ghantay main to ban hi jaye gee ..(chicken main dahi bhi dalni hai ..fish main dahi nahi dalti main )

      in ko aap fry bhi kar saktay hian us ka apna maza hai ..lekan fry karnay say aksar sara masla nikal jata hai ...is taraha steam say masla us k andar ruch bus jaye ga :p

      buhat mazaye ki banti hiai..white boil chawal + chuttni k sath peash karaian ; ) )

              wese tu mera khana cook tayyar karta hai lakin kabhi kabhar mein khud shoqiya bana leta hoon... kuch din pehlay meinay chicken ka salan banaya tha vo kuch iss tarah tha:

              eik adad chicken ka gosht jis ko achi tarah dhoya
              phir geeh mein piyas dalay jis ko brown honay diya
              phir tomato dalay jis ko achi tarah paste kar diya
              phir mirch masalay dalay
              phir chicken daali
              phir uss ko onion aur tomato kay russ mein pakaya
              jub 60% gal gayi tu phir paani dala uss mein pakti rahi
              jub shorba bahut kam hogay tu goshat bhi gal gaya tu phir choolhay se ottar di....

                asaan tareeqa mein btaati huhn............asal mein yeh bht hi easy he aur intahai healthy bhi aur agger aap normal masala jaat se thora break chahte hein to acha rhe ga!!

                machli ka piece lein..hasb e zaroorat size ka..us ko foil ke middle mein rakhien.uss per kaali mirch, namak aur lemon juice daalein. red chilli flakes bhi daal skte hein ( agger aap ne isko koi aur flavaour dena ho to beshak thori dher apni marzi ka masala laga lein pehle)...is ke opper aur aitraaf mein pepper( shimla mirch) red onion ke slices baareek katti hui) ya koi aur ingredient apni marzi ki( olives, spring onion wghera)................fir aap Anchal ki recipe ki trha parcel bnain....

                note: foil ka parcel bnaate wqt khyal rhe ke foil ka top hissa bilkul fish ke saath na chapka ho...aik bag ki trha fis k oopper thora sa space ho(taake steaming achi trha ho)

                isko fir aap oven mein kisi baking tray mein rakh ker steam ker lein....15 - 20 minutes k liye ....

                salad k saath serve karin...yeh aik complete meal ban jai ga aik hi parcel mein fish, vegetables aur saath mein salad:hairdrayer:

                    ویری گڈ اسٹیمڈ فوڈ مجھے بھی پسند ہے اچھی ریسیپز ہیں مچھلی میں املی واقعی ڈالنی چاہیئے میں نے بغیر املی کے بھی یہ ریسیپی کھائی ہے مگر وہ کم مزے کی بنتی ہے املی والی زیادہ مزے کی بنتی ہے

                      خیر آپ کا طریقہ بھی اچھا ہے اور کچھ بھی شئیر کیجیے گا عظیم بھائی کنواروں کی کوکنگ بڑی مزے کی ہوتی ہے :lol

                            lehsan piyas katnay mein problem hoti hai..... wese mein aksar Saturday aur sunday ko cooking ko tarjeeh deta hoon .... acha lagta hai agr khud paka kay khai.... inshallah sister agar kuch aur pakaya tu vo bhi share karon ga.... :lol

                              zaroor aaye ga janab.... most welcome..... meray rest house mein tu hamesha ronak mela laga rahta hai... rest house bhi railway station ki tarah hotay hain koi mussafar atay hain bethtay hain phir train jese ati ho aur chalay jatay hain.... wese kuch mussafar aisay bhi hotay hain jo kaafi arsay tak yadein aur tassuraat chhor jatey hain... lakin shukar un ki jaga phir koi aur aa jatey hain shayyad pehlay walon ko bhulanay kaylie atay hain.... :lol kahna yeh chahta hoon kay meri khirki mein her roz koi na koi mela laga rahta hai.... :lol
