Peel the carrots or brush thoroughly under running water and cook until tender in about 30 minutes in a little salted water. Then drain and let cool completely. Oranges squeeze and 250 ml Measure juice thereof. Ginger, peel and finely grate.Carrots, orange juice, ginger, cayenne pepper and maple syrup together puree in blender finely and cool the mixture well. Rinse cilantro, shake dry and pluck off the leaves. Lime Squeeze. Coriander, 1-2 tbsp lime juice and oil mix. fill carrot mixture into glasses and something it passed from the coriander. Season and serve with salt and pepper. The glass edge may garnish with a slice of lemon.
