i made this khasta sweet tikya :D
mujhay to buhat pasand ai aap loog bhi try karian mazay ki banti hai :thmbup:
is k leye humye chaye
Maida--- 1 cup
souji--- 1/2 cup
oil---2-3 tbs
caster suger--1/2 cup
coconut powder --2-3 tbs
pista , badaam, illachi ....according to ur taste ....sub 2-3 tbs add kar daian ..
thora sa neem garam doodh
Method..
maida, souji or oil ko mix kar kay neem garam doodh add kar kay motay atay ki tarha gondh lena hai ..
agar patla ho jaye paste to thora maida or add kar daian.
illachi danay , badaam, pista, sugar yeh sub aik sath griend kar laian or sub aik sath mix kar k goondh laian.
is gondhay atay ko adha ghanta aisay rakh daian ..
phir moti si aik bari rooti beelian or aik glass lay key beech main cut lajatay jaian wo sub gool shape main aik jesay ban jaian gay :D
15-20 min bad in ko fry kar laian ..
