Black Forest Mocha Coffee
Ingredients
Water 2 cups
Sugar 3 tbsp
Coffee 2 level tsp
Chocolate syrup 5 tbsp
Whipped cream for topping
Coffee mate 4tbsp
Method
In a sauce pan boil 2 cups of water with 3 tbsp sugar.
Now add 2 level tea spoon coffee and 5 tbsp chocolate syrup, and let it cool.
In a blender add this cooled mixture with 4 tbsp coffee mate and crushed ice and blend till it turns into a thick mixture.
Serving
Pour the mixture in to a beautiful tall serving glass, put whipped cream in piping bag and decorate the top. Then drizzle some chocolate syrup and a cheery.
Serve immediately.
