          Yeh saari cheezein hamari khoorak ka hissa hein saraah. Yeh koi exceptional cheezein nahi. Aik taraf to whole grain ko carbohydrates ki waja se shak ki nazar se dekha ja raha he aur doosri taraf sweet potatoes ko recommend kia ja raha he

              اگر اس سے مراد یہ ہے کہ ہماری خوراک کا حصہ ہیں تو بقول تمہارے تم نے اس سال سے تربوز کھانا شروع کیا ہے تو کیا اسے پہلے تربوز تمہیں دستیاب نہیں تھا؟
