Spicy Lassi

Ingredients:

Plain yoghurt- 1 cup
Mustard seeds- 1/4 tsp
Finely chopped green chilies- 1 tsp
Salt- 1/2 tsp
Ice Cubes- 4
Oil- 1 tsp
Chopped coriander

Method:

Combine the first 3 ingredients and blend in an electric
blender.
Heat little oil in a small pan and put mustard seeds. When it starts to pop remove from heat and pour this over the yoghurt.
Then add the green chilies and coriander.
Serve cold.

Almond Sharbat


Ingredients





- 8 Almonds Boiled An peeled
- sugar 1/2 Kg
- ilachi Choti 5-6water 1/4 Kg
- kewra Water 1 Tsp

Instructions

Grind almonds and blend with water strain in muslin cloth. Grind ilachi and put the sugar in the almonds or make sheera with sugar and cook till 2 tar comes out. Put essence and colour in it.

(Serves 2-3)

1 cup mango pulp (or the soft flesh of 1 big peeled/chopped ripe mango)
1 cup fresh plain yoghurt
half cup chilled/icy milk
half cup ice-cubes
2-4 tbsp honey or sugar (or to taste)
2 tbsp cream (fresh or heavy) (optional)
small pinch of salt

Electric Lemonade

Recipe:

First, make a simple lemon syrup. Mix 1 cup water with half cup sugar and a pinch of salt, boil until it simmers and the sugar is all dissolved, then turn off and let this syrup cool completely.

Add blue colouring, preferably non-alcoholic blue curacao and quarter cup of freshly squeezed lemon juice. Mix together and adjust until the colour is to your satisfaction.

u can use any colour of ur choice ,green is cool too

Now add equal amounts of this prepared blue lemon syrup and 7 up. Add ice-cubes or lemon slices and serve chilled!

Mango-Pineaple Smoothie

Ingredients:

1 cup pineapple (chunks)
1 mango , ripe and sweet (chunks)
half a cup fresh orange juice
mint (to garnish)
ice cubes

Method:

Blitz the mango and pineapple into a smoothie. Add orange juice. When serving add ice cubes and garnish with mint............................Easy

tarbooz ke tukruhn ko mash ker lein aise ke uska juice nkl aye...fir us mein citrus juice aur pani ( aur sugar) daal ker mix karein..fir is mixture ko sieve ker lein..yanni chaan len taake tarbooz ka agger ghuadha ho to woh alag ho jai.....ice cubes daal ker pesh karein
