Mango-Pineaple Smoothie

Ingredients:

1 cup pineapple (chunks)
1 mango , ripe and sweet (chunks)
half a cup fresh orange juice
mint (to garnish)
ice cubes

Method:

Blitz the mango and pineapple into a smoothie. Add orange juice. When serving add ice cubes and garnish with mint............................Easy

Spicy Lassi

Ingredients:

Plain yoghurt- 1 cup
Mustard seeds- 1/4 tsp
Finely chopped green chilies- 1 tsp
Salt- 1/2 tsp
Ice Cubes- 4
Oil- 1 tsp
Chopped coriander

Method:

Combine the first 3 ingredients and blend in an electric
blender.
Heat little oil in a small pan and put mustard seeds. When it starts to pop remove from heat and pour this over the yoghurt.
Then add the green chilies and coriander.
Serve cold.

Almond Sharbat

- 8 Almonds Boiled An peeled
- sugar 1/2 Kg
- ilachi Choti 5-6water 1/4 Kg
- kewra Water 1 Tsp

Instructions

Grind almonds and blend with water strain in muslin cloth. Grind ilachi and put the sugar in the almonds or make sheera with sugar and cook till 2 tar comes out. Put essence and colour in it.

تمام اجزا کو بلینڈر میں ڈال کر اچھی طرح بلینڈ کر لیں۔۔۔ مکسچر کو ایک گلاس میں ڈال کر کچھ پودینے کے پتوں سے گارنش کریں اور ٹھنڈا ٹھنڈا سرو کریں

Ingredients:

Kachi kerry five

Suger two cups

Water five cups

Black salt : to tase

5 pinches of cinnamon power

Method:
First wash kachi kerry and peel , then grind. mix suger and make six glasses of cold sherbet put ice cubes and mix the salt , water and cinnamon powder also. It is the best sherbat in the summer time and good source of vitamin C you will never feel thirsty if you have it in summer time.

lo Rida...mein ne soch tumhein gharmi kuch zayada hi lag gaye ho gi..tabhi kal se kam kam aa rhi ho Pegham per...to jaldi second entry bhi la ye!!!!!!

tarbooz-chote chote tukre ker lein
lemon ya lime juice juice- aik chamach
ice cubes
cold water
sugar-agger zaroorat ho to

tarbooz ke tukruhn ko mash ker lein aise ke uska juice nkl aye...fir us mein citrus juice aur pani ( aur sugar) daal ker mix karein..fir is mixture ko sieve ker lein..yanni chaan len taake tarbooz ka agger ghuadha ho to woh alag ho jai.....ice cubes daal ker pesh karein
