    sorry PF im too late.yeh rahi recipe

    ITALIAN BAKED PASTA

    bake parlour real egg noodles-250 gm
    shimla mirch-2 cup jolian cut
    bund gobhi-1 cup jolian cut
    payaz-2 -chunks
    tomatos-2-chunks
    chicken-boiled n shredded-2 cup(K&Ns k tikka bites-chicken sausages ets b use kr skti ho)
    chedder cheese- 1 cup shredded

    soya sauce-half cup
    chnines salt-1 tb
    bleck pepper-1 tb YA white peppper half tb (dono ek sath mat use krna blk pepper se alag taste banta hai white pepper se alag)
    sirka-1 tb
    red chilli-crushed-1 tb
    oil-half cup


    method

    oli garam kren

    tomatos daal kar nam mirch daal kar bhoon lain tomatos ki paste ban jaye

    ab tumam sabziyan daal dein aur stir fry kar lian

    ab chicken daal kar 2/3 min bhoonain aur boiled noodles+ seasoning daal kar 5 min dum de dian

    oven dish me nikaal kar opar cheese sprinkle kren oper crush chilli daal dein half

    oven ki grill on kar k 3 min grill kar dein

    Yahan pe kuch comment kerna chahoon ga ke jesa ke recipe ka naam "Singapore Rice" he to mein ne Singapore mein different restaurants se yeh rice try kiye.     ke jo yakhini ya stew jo bhi hota he wo kafi patla hota he lekin us ka flavour bohat strong hota he. Us mein poodeenay ke patay bhi daalay jatay hein. Duck ya chicken jo bhi banaya jata he usay bhi aik mehsoos andaaz mein banaya jata he. Us ki upper crust full brown hoti he jub us ka bara sa slice utaar ker usay chopper se chop kerte hein to chicken double colour ka hota. serving mein saath soya sauce bhi hoti he aur aik aur sauce bhi hoti he jis ka mujay pata nai :p

    Aur haan yaad aaya tum ager itni he ghareeb larki ho to kis bunyaad pe abi tak zinda ho
