Eid ki Aamed Aamed he. Aur khwateen ko doosre kaamuhn ke saath saath, khaane banane ki bhi sochni ho gi.
To mein ne saucha ke yhaan per aisi tips share ki jaain, jo keh hum advance mein ker ke Eid waale din kaam jaldi nimta sakehn.
Aap ke zehn mein koi tarkeeb ho to zroor bataye. agger aap usse aam bhi samjhe to bhi, kiyunke kissi dusre ke liye shaed kaaramed ho!
to mein shru kerti huhn:
-Aap advance mein chutney bana ker freeze ker saktee hein.
Harra dhaniya, mirch, namak, lehsan, tomater aur deeger ishiya(apki apni tarkeeb ke mutabiq) koot ker uss ko chote chote portions mein taqseem karehin. phir inko choti dibiyuhn mein ya phir plastic ke chote bags mein daal ker freeze ker dein. jab zroorat ho gi, to aik ya do portions nikal lein(taqreeban aadha ghanta qabal freezer se nikaal lein) , jab woh naraam sa ho jai to iss mein dahi shaamil ker lein.saath mein namk bhi chakh lein.
agger, chutney ka rang sabz ki bajai thora kala sa he to aap thora sa harra dhaniya ya taaza podeena koot ker shamel ker lein iss se chtney fresh si nazr aai gi!!
-yeh tip meri friend ne recently mujhe batai. mein ne to use nahi ki kuhnke hum biryaani itni nahi baanate, magger jo log bryani ya phir aisi dishes jin mein talli hui piyaaz ki zroorat ho banate hein , un ke liye mufeed he.
aap piyaaz bareek kaat lein. phir makey ka thora sa aata chirk ker uss ko mix krehin iss trah ke piyaaz per halki si teh aate hi charr jai.
phir us ko tal le(fry). uss ko tray mein phelaain aur thanda ho jaane dein.aata lagane se piyaaz crisp yane khasta si rahti he.abh piyaaz ko airtight dhabe mein band karein. yeh meri friend ke mutabiq kai mahene chall jata he agger mahine na challa to try ker lein chand din ya hafte shaed chal jai!!!!!!!!!!
