api meri friend se me ne poocha as she had d same problem...par ab us k baal masha'Allah kafii had tuk theek hochukey hain...
us ne me ko ye kuch tips batayii hain...
pehlii ye k ap cactus or coconut oil ka mix. banayein or usey taqreebun 5 min k liye garam karein den when cooled tu bottle mai daal dein..n week mai once baaloon mai lagayein...den wash..
second ap almond oil ya olive oil baaloon ko wash karney k baad lagayein den warm towel main baal for about half an hour k liye lapait lein...
plus aik or mix banayein...aik anDa + 1 spoon Castor oil + Glicerine + Vit A ka aik capsule torr kar daal dein...mix kar k baal wash karney k baad lagayein n again warm towel mai lapait lein for 15 mins den den wash....twice a week try karein...
Castor oil, Almond Oil, Sesame oil, Olive oil ka mix bana lein kam az kam 3 times a week baaloon mai before wash half hour k liye lagayien.....In'sha'Allah In'sha'Allah...zaroor zaroor ap ko bhut faida hoga....

or bhi kuch patta chala tu zaroor ap ko bataon gii...untill den ap ye try karein...In'sha'Allah ye tips zaroor work karein gii...

aik meethi seeds se realted bhi tip hai hair problems ke liye
us ka pata hai aap ko?
like meethi ko grand ker ke us mein koi oil mix ker ke laganay se, etc, etc

meri friend ne bhi koi khaalis cheez tu use nai kii...jo humarey yahan available thi wohi istemaal ki hai...aik olive oil shayad Syria se mangwaya tha baqi sub jo yahan milla...

haan kuch bataya tha unhoon ne me ko... subha likhna yaad nai raha...abhi tu nai ...kul in'sha'Allah un ko phone kar k poochoon gii...n den i'll tell ya okay...:)

there is like avocado+olive oil+coconut oil+honey and it sounds effective
and also i can easily get it here, lets see if that makes difference
and yeh about the meethi seeds, i found it somthing like granded meethi seeds with yogurt, its good for dandruf and hair loss prevention
but maybe ur frend has some other things into it as well, so if u can, do ask her
i would INSHAALLAH try these tips because the only thing i care about myself is my hair:p

but aik baat hai ap jitna jis cheez ki fikar kartey ho wo utni hi kharaab hoti hai...patta nai par me ko aisa lagta hai...

anywayz..i asked her or unhoon ne bataya k meethi ko boil kar k wo water se hair wash karna hai ...dats what she use 2 do.....gring wrind ka un ko patta nai hai...
