Supplies:
1. To fuse two fabrics together, place your first fabric face down on your ironing board and peel away one of the paper sides of the Steam-A-Seam. With your iron, press the Steam-A-Seam in place, glue side to the wrong side of the fabric, with no steam.
Fuse the Steam-A-Seam to the wrong side of your first fabric.
2. Peel away the second paper side from the Steam-A-Seam and lay your second fabric on top of the Steam-A-Seam wrong side down Fuse the two fabrics together with steam. Let cool. Do steps 1 and 2 to your red and green fat quarters, fusing together. You will finish with two fused red sheets and one fused green sheet.
Peel away the second side of the Steam-A-Seam.
Place the second fabric wrong sides together with the Steam-A-Seam and first fabric.
3. From your green fused sheet, cut four strips 3-1/2 inches x 6 inches long. Fold the strip in half, and sew along the short end. Turn right side out. This is your napkin ring base.
Cut your ring strip from the fused green sheet.
