Baking powder ..... 3 tsp
Til ........ 1 tsp
Keema ........ 1 cup
Hara dhanya .... 2 tsp
Hari Mirch ... 2
Hari piaaz (chopped) 3 tb sp
Method :
1)sab sy pehly keemy main namak (1/2 tsp) aur white mirch (1/2 t sp) aur kachap (3 tb sp) daal ker bhoon lain
2)Meda mai anda ,makhan ,kali mirch ,baking powder daal ker goondh lain aur is ko refrigerator main 10 min rakh dain
3)phir nikaal ker 2 hisso main divide keray
4)Aik hissay ko pre gresed baking tray main ser ker dain
5)Phir us per keema(bhuna hoa ) laga'ay aur phir boil & choped keray hoay andy daal dain
6)phir hara dhanya , hari mirch & hari piaaz daal dain.
7)Dosra piese aaty ka bail ker usko pie cutter sy cut ker lain
8)phir us ko pehly piece ky uper cover ker dain aur sides sy press ker dain
9)Us ky uper andy ki zerdi laga'ay brush say aur Till ki topping ker dain
10)Phir usko oven mai bake ker lain
