achi tips hain ..... lakin aik 2 ghantoon ki zuroorat nahin hai .....
main bhi pani mein bhigo kar hi cheelti hoon lehsan...... is say aik aur faida yeh hota hai keh chilkay urtay nahin hain.... aik hi jaga rehtay hain.... aisay hi piyaaz bhi pani mein bhigo kar cheelti hoon....
aik aur tareeqa hai ...jo chefs use kartay hain woh bhi kafi asaaan hai knife ko lehsan per rakh kar zor say presss karna ..infact marna .... jaisay chef kartay hain ..... is say bhi kafi aasani hoti hai.....

magar yeh jo chefs kartay hain na wo Garlic wakhri type ka hota hai
and that is the safest way to peel it an nutirition value b sahi rehti hai
Desi lehson tu QEEMA ho ja-ay gaa iss mein 372-scare
anyway .....u have to read 1001 totkay jo aik LARKI seekh sakti hai :)
