    1:- siwaiyyon ka zardah :-

    Ingredients:-

    siwaiyyan......................................... ..............1 paao
    cheeni............................................ .................2 cup
    chouti ilaaichi.......................................... ..8-10 adadd
    long.............................................. ...............4 adadd
    dodh.............................................. ..............1cup
    pani.............................................. ...............2cup
    zafran............................................ ..1/4 tea spoon
    zarday ka rang...................................1 tea spoon
    chaandi ka warq ...........hasb mansha
    badaam pista .......hasb e zarorat (katay aur fry kiye hoy)
    ghee..................................hasb e zarorat .


    Recipe:-

    cheeni ko paani main daal kar uswaqt tak pakaain jab tak cheeni hall na ho jay.
    zarday ka rang daal kar garha honay tak sheera pakaain
    siwaiyyon ko ghee main loong or ilaaichi dal kar fry karen
    phir isay sheeray main daal kar baadam aur pista bhi daal den
    zafraan ko dodh main hall kar k wo bhi is aamezey main shamil kar den
    aur us waqt tak pakaain jab tak siwaiyyan gall na jain
    aur sheera dry na ho jay.
    sheera khushk honay k bad dish main nikal kar chandi k waraq say garnish karen.



    2:-qeemay ki poriyan :-

    Ingredients :-
    qeema ............................1/2 killo
    mayda ............................1/2 killo
    red mirch powder..............1 tea spoon
    haldi powder .....................1 tea spoon
    anaar dana ......................1 tea spoon
    kalonji.............................1/4 tea spoon
    sabit zeera ......................1 tea spoon
    namak + oil.......................hasb e zaiyqa aur hasb e zarort

    Recipe:-

    bareek pisay qeemay ko mirch powder haldi powder zeeray anaar dana aur namak k sath bhoon len
    mayday main sabit zeera aur namak daal kar gondh len
    chouti chouti pooriyan bell len
    2 poryon k darmiyan qeemay ki filling rakhen
    aur kinaron ko pani laga kar daba kar band kar len
    garam oil main golden fry karen,, aur ketchup k sath serve karen .



    3:-Orange UpSide Down Cake
    Ingredients:-

    mayda......1 .1/2 cup
    anday.....4 adadd
    cheeni....1 cup
    oranges ......2/3
    butter , margren....2 table spoon
    ghee......1 cup

    recipe:
    anday ki zardi ko safedi say alag kar len aur safedi ko achi tarah pheent len
    anday ki zardyon ko cheeni aur ghee k sath alehda phenten
    zardi walay mixture main pehlay layda chaan kar thora thora milaain
    phir safediyan shamil kar k halka sa phent len

    oven ko 180c pay 20 mint garm kar len
    gol backing pan main 2 khanay k chamchay makhan margren aur aik khanay ka chamcha cheeni daal kar 2,,say 3 mint oven main rakh kar nikalen
    keeno ko achi tarah cheel kar saaf kar k gool slice kaat len
    aur pan main teh laga den
    10. say 15 mint fredg main rakhen
    phir cake k aamezay ko isi pan main dal kar 30. say 35 mint bake karen thnda kar k serve karen.
