Jelebi
Ingredients:
- Maida 1 Cup
- yeast 1 Tsp
- dahi 1 Tbsp
- yellow Colour Few Drops
- ghee 1 Kg For Frying
- choti Ilachi 1 Tsp
- sugar L Kg For Syrup
- 2 Glass Water
Instructions:
Seive maida and put yeast. Luke warm water and dissolve yeast. Beat dahi and mix in the dissolved yeats. Put yellow colour and cover. Place in warm place for 1 hour. To make syrup, cook sugar with 2 glass water and make 2 tar. Cool the syrup. Put the maida batter in a bag and fry in hot ghee. Make 3 circles with the mixture and fry in hot ghee. When it gets hard remove and put in sugar syrup. After 5 minutes remove from syrup.
