Mexican Chocolate Cake Recipe
INGRIENDTS
1/2 c. butter
3 eggs
1/2 c. butter

6 squares baking chocolate
1 tsp. soda
6 squares baking chocolate
1 tsp. soda
3 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. milk
Cooking Method:
In large bowl beat butter for 45 seconds until light.
Gradually add brown sugar beating until well mixed.
Add 3 eggs at a time, add vanilla then flour alternately with milk.
Bake in well greased and floured round pan in 350 degree oven for 35 to 45 minutes, until pick comes out clean.
Cool and frost with chocolate icing.
Mexican Chocolate Cake is ready now.
