Ingredients:
Minced meat - 1 kg
Salt - 11/2 tsp heaped
Chili powder - 2 tsp heaped
Ghee - 1/4 cup
All spices - 2 tsp
Onion - 2 tbsp chopped
Ginger - 1 tbsp chopped
Garlic - 1 tbsp chopped
Green conriander - 1/2 bunch, chopped
Raw papaya (finely chopped) - 1 tsp heaped
Egg - one
Method:
1 - Mix minced meat with all the above ingredients and knead well.
2 - Leave to marinate for half an hour.
3 - Put on skewers and barbeque.
Alternately, make flat and round (or elongated) kababs and shallow fry both sides in oil.
4 - Serve hot with spicy chutney, sliced lemon and tomatoes.
