Ingredients:
All-Purpose Flour ----3 cups
Active Dry Yeast ---1 package
Honey ----- 1Tbsp
Salt -----1Tsp
Sugar-----1Tbsp
Lukewarm Milk ----1/4 cup
Water --------3/4 cup
Olive Oil ------2Tbsp
Method:
1) Stir 1/4 cup of Lukewarm milk and honey in a 2-cup glass measure until blended. Sprinkle top of mixture with yeast and let it stand for 5 minutes, until the yeast is bubbly.
2) Meanwhile, pulse together the flour and salt in a food processor to combine.
3) Add the 3/4 cup of water and olive oil to the yeast mixture. With the motor running, pour yeast mixture through feed tube; process for 1 minute, until the mixture forms a ball. Place the dough in a greased bowl, turning to grease top. Cover and let it rise in a warm, draft-free place until it is doubled in bulk, (for about 1 hour).
4)Press it down (this time use yr fist) and let whole air out knead it again for 5 min. and let is raise again.. after 40-45 min its ready to bake. Top with yr fav topping n cheese and bake.
