lecture me Dr ne bataya k khawateen ko apni health ka khiyal teen age se rakhna chaey...daily 2 glass milk...daily iron se bhar poor diet....or koi warzish waghrea....kion k aj kal junk food or zeada tar computer,TV ya esi hi avtivities ki waja se health tabah ki ja rahi he.....or larkion k leay calcium or iron ka lena aik larke ki nisbat zeada ehem hota he.....kion k larkion ka life style ya zindagi me esi zimadariyan uthani hoti hen jin ki waja se un ki bones kamzor ho jati he or wo khoon ki kami ka shikar bhi hoti hen....or ager shiru se sehet ka khiyal na rakha jaey to mature age me ja kar bones ka khokhla pan ya jaldi toot jana...jesi pareshaniyon ka samna karta parta he.
