    Aslamoalikum Girls:salam:

    sab kesi hen?me ne women health par aik lecture attnd kia...us me mjhe bohat achi baten pata chalin to socha ap se bhi kuch share karun....:)
    lecture me Dr ne bataya k khawateen ko apni health ka khiyal teen age se rakhna chaey...daily 2 glass milk...daily iron se bhar poor diet....or koi warzish waghrea....kion k aj kal junk food or zeada tar computer,TV ya esi hi avtivities ki waja se health tabah ki ja rahi he.....or larkion k leay calcium or iron ka lena aik larke ki nisbat zeada ehem hota he.....kion k larkion ka life style ya zindagi me esi zimadariyan uthani hoti hen jin ki waja se un ki bones kamzor ho jati he or wo khoon ki kami ka shikar bhi hoti hen....or ager shiru se sehet ka khiyal na rakha jaey to mature age me ja kar bones ka khokhla pan ya jaldi toot jana...jesi pareshaniyon ka samna karta parta he.
    ab ap bataen k kia ap apni sehet ka khiyal rakhti hen?:mm:

        humye yeh bhi pata hona chaye na kay calcium or iron kis kis cheez main paya jata hai ?:D:

        doodh, dahi main calcium or iron palak ka mujhay pata hai ...baki kisi ko pata hain to bata daian :thmbup:

        or apni sehat kay leye kuch khas nahi karti :embarasse ,,han doodh aik glass daily peeti houn :D n exercise vohi jo batai the aik thread main :D:

          `iron ka masla lekin mujhe horaha he kuch arsa se jabkai mujhe koi thakan etc nahi hoti...lekin doctor said iron ki kami hai... pata nahi.....:(

            kam az kam 2 glass pia karo...tabhi bones mazboot hon gi
            or calcium milk..egg...green veg me hota he....or iron bakre ki kaleji me bohat hota he....apple me bhi bohat iron paya jata he

                        haan samra......aap abhi se koshish kro k qudrati cheezon se yeh kami poori ho jaye....mubada wo waqt aye k aapko vitamins n etc etc ki tablets leni parrian...wo kafi complications peda kr deti hain...........:thmbup:

                          lekin mujhe doctor ne ab kaih diya he naa ke tum duwai lo...:( khane mai to mai kaafi koshish kerahi hoon...

                          u know mujeh feel nahi hota lekin pata nahi kaise iron kam he :donno:

                              Mein tumhein kuch vital information deta hoon, tum bhi kia yaad karo gi.

                              Calcium Murgi aur Shutter Murg ke andoon ke CHILKAY mein bohat paya jata he is ke ilawa Samandar mein jo seap ke shell hota he na wo bhi calcium ka hota he. Kidneys mein jo stones banti hein na un mein bhi kafi calcium paya jata he. Tumhein itnay saaray sources bata diye, ub tum khoob calcium hasil karo372-haha

                              Ager tumharay ander Iron ki bhi kami he to Sanam_Khan ke hathooray mein kafi iron he, ager wo kum he to mujay batana, mere paas bhi hathooray hein 372-haha
