Ek sab se aasan tip yeh hai ke subah outh ker Fajar ki namaz ke baad kam se kam 2 -3 galss pani peeney ki aadat bana lijiyeh, ous ke baad kisi pimple ki koi tention nahi ho gi :D:sigpicComment
