    Ingredients:

    Dry milk powder 1 cup
    All purpose flour 1 table spoon
    Baking Powder half tsp
    Egg 1 whole
    Oil 1 table spoon
    Liquid Milk 2 Litre
    Sugar 3 serving spoon


    Preparation:

    Take 1 sauce pan and put the liquid milk and sugar in it at medium heat.
    Take another bowl and mix all the ingredients except the liquid milk and make small ball from the ingredients and put it in the boiling milk and keep stirring it.
    After half hour the dish will be ready.
    If you want put almond and pista.

    man jub bhe ras malai banati hun hamesha us man guthli reh jati hy halan_ky same ingredients sy gulab jamun bunty hain but wo sahi bunty hain aur ras malai man guthli :fuming:
    have u any sloution?

      Same is the case with me...whenever I tried rasmalai, I faced the same problem...Its hard from inside...Waiting for the solution...

        yeh jo pic lagai hai ap ne kya ap ne khud banaya hai????
        mai ne tu jab try kya tha tu mere thori guhtli reh jati haii..bilkul naram nahi hote or second yeh ke us ko tab tek stir kerain gay jab tek balls achi terhan se phool na jain...lekin wo itni dair stir hone ke bad ajeeb sa hojata hai means us ka colour yellow hojata hai white nahi rehtaa....aisa kyun ???

          Never ever make the mistake of adding ras malai to boiling milk whenever u r ready to through ras malai in the milk first remove the pot from flame.. throw in the ras malai and keep it back on low flame and cover the pot u will never have any guhtli in them.
