Healthy and Refreshing Tea
Lemon Tea
Ingredients
Water-8 cups
Sugar-3/4 cup or 150 grams
Lemon juice (fresh or bottled)-2 ounces or 60 ml
Black Tea-2 bags
Sugar-3/4 cup or 150 grams

Method
Bring water to a boil
Drop the tea bags into water and put off the fire
Cover the vessel with a lid
Allow the bags to blend for an hour
Remove the tea bags once the tea is blended enough
Add sugar and lemon juice
Stir till sugar dissolves in the water
Pour the tea into a pitcher and add some ice cubes
Refrigerate until chill.
Garnish with lemon slices if you prefer an extra lemony taste.

Masala Tea
Ingredients
Water- 2 cups
Milk- 1 cup
Tea leaves- 3 teaspoons
Black pepper - 3-4
Cloves -2
Green cardamom ( green elichi)- 3-4
Brown cardamom ( big elichi)- 2-3
Aniseed ( saunf) -1/2 teaspoon
Ginger-1/2 inch
Sugar to taste
Milk- 1 cup
Tea leaves- 3 teaspoons
Black pepper - 3-4
Cloves -2
Green cardamom ( green elichi)- 3-4
Brown cardamom ( big elichi)- 2-3
Aniseed ( saunf) -1/2 teaspoon
Ginger-1/2 inch
Sugar to taste
Method
Heat water in a vessel.
Add the masala (black pepper, cloves, green cardamom , black cardamom , aniseed and ginger piece) and bring it to boil , then lower the flame and let cook for 1/2 hour or a little more on low heat.

When the above are half done , add the tea leaves or tea-bags or simple tea and milk and let cook for 10 minutes.
Take the tea into teacups and serve.
This tea is often good after dinner, but have it after one hour of having dinner...
