Quilling
- you can see the tool basically used to make paper coils but i use tooth pick.
material
we need tooth pick
paper strips of different colors.
and glue.

method
roll the paper strip on tooth pick to make a coil
roll the paper strip on tooth pick to make a coil
apply glue on the end of strip to bind it.

.
so you r done with basic shape.
