              waisey tum ye deykh sakti ho.....i continued it for 6 weeks aur mey ney 1 kilo and 500 g gain kiya....
              leykin merey sath masla ye tha key mey khati nahi thi ....reason bhook nahi lagti thi....aur tum already ziada khati ho phir koi masla hi nahi ho ga
              anyways ye meyri rozana ki diet mey ye sab tha

              break fast-7:00-boiled egg/omelette + bread + glass of milk
              at 10:00- fruits or choclate
              lunch 1:30- chapati + (aik din meat, aik din fish, aik din chicken, aik din vegetables) + dahi + cheese (mey aksar nahi khana pasand kerti thi )

              at 4:00-- cup of coffee/hot choclate with biscuits or anything u like magar khana zaroor hai

              dinner-- rice + salad + dahi

              at 10:00(before going to bed) glass of milk
              -----------
              yani din mey 6 baar khana must tha.....

                hmm sahi u know wht mai breakfast sahi senahi kar sakti hon bus yehi aik masla hai mera

                baki mai din sahi se khana kha leti hon par subah sirf chai ya kuch b halka sa hojaye tu theek hai werna sirf chai

                aur dosra mai vegitables b nahi khati hon par fruits khati hon so us ki b koi preshani nahi hai

                aur choclates aur chips and allu tu fav hi samjho mere and chawal b sare fats wale khane me ko ache lagte hain and i do feel strong inside par mai bahir k logon ko kaise samjhaon /head

                      post bohat achi hay laikin jo title laga hua hay wo to bohat hi zabardast hay. mujhay wo bohat zyada pasand aayaa hay q k maiN b dieting kar reya hooN aur bohat swear qism ki diet kar raha hooN laikin ab shayed iss ko change kar doon khana waghaira shuru kar dooN laikin iss ki koi guarantee nahi hay k maiN thora khaooN ga:donno: .

                            1-kabhi kabhi khany ka hoosh he nhi hota.. aur kabhi kabhi dil karta hy kuch na kuch khaty he rahein...:pagal:

                            2- khaty khaty achank hum ko lagta hy k ab bus...:khi: ..fir hum khana chor dyty hain...:lpop:

                            4- tea ,coffee bohat he kam...

                            5-hum ny to almari main asa kuch nhi rekha howa...

                            7- aik mudaat hoi ghee wali roti khaiy howay.....:mm:

                            13- ice cream bhe nhi khaty...:na: .dar gaiy hain.. ..teeth problem..:shh:

                            16- inaam...:wow: sis say loon gi...:D
                            baki sab filhal theek hy..

                            BUT dear fried cheezein khanay ko dil karta hy bohat.....aur specially potatos...:tauba :tauba ...kya kiya jaiy....:cc: meri sis mera sath nhi dyti..mera to dil hota hy wo bhe khaiy....takay meri sath wo bhe mooti hoo jaiy...:wk :hehe: :hehe:
