      aap ki height 5.5 he ya 5.05?

      Ager 5.5 he to aap ka weight bohat kum he. Baaz aukaat aisa hota he ke insaan jo bhi khaa le wo under weight he rehta he, aur baaz loog kuch bhi na khaein phir bhi wo weight gain kerte rehte hein.

      Aap female hein to pata nahi aap per yeh tarkeeb kis hud tak kaamyaab ho gi.

      Mera weight bohat kum hua kerta tha like 53 KG, to mein ne bodybuilding start ki aur saath mein apni diet mein eggs white bohat ziada ker di to mera weight 90 plus tak chala gaya. Ub mein ne control ker ke 80 ke round kia he. So aap apni physical activities ko mut choriye ga, apni neend kuch ziada ker dijiye saath mein, eggs white aur protein wali diet ziada lein, maybe kuch faraq par jaye, ager na para to aap phir ka weight shadi ke baad berhay ga
