Ingredient:</B>
250g Cabbage (Bund Gobi)
2 Carrots
1 Green Onion (Hari Piyaz)
1 Onion
1 Tbsp Olive (Zaitoon) Oil
200g Spaghetti (Boiled)
1 Tsp Chilli Sauce
1 Tsp Soya Sauce
2 Boiled Eggs
Method:
Finely chop the Cabbage, Carrots, Green Onion and Onion.
Heat Oil and fry Onion for 2 minutes, then add Cabbage, Carrots and fry a little.
Now add, Chinese Salt, White Pepper Powder, Salt and mix.
Add the boiled Spaghetti, Green Onion, Chilli Sauce, and Soya Sauce.
Mix well and take it out in a plate.
Separate Egg White and Yolk from the boiled eggs.
Slice the Egg White thinly and spread over Spaghetti to serve.
