Ingredients
250gram of poled potatoes
2 table spoon of corn flour
100 gram of boiled green peas
1 onion
1\2 teaspoon of garam masala
25-30 gram of pander
3 table spoon of rice flour
Salt-pepper according to taste
2-3 able spoon of butter
1 ea spoon of finally chopped coriander
Method
Grate the potatoes and then mix salt & corn flour in it. Now make 8 bolls of this. Heat a table spoon of butter in a pan. Put onion in this pan and fry it for 2 minutes. Now grind the pea in thick pieces and mix pander in it (pander should be finally crushed). In this paste mix all spices & coriander and again fry it for two minuets then cool it. After cooling now flat the potatoes ball with the help of your palm. Similarly prepare all the patties.
Grease the baking tray with butter. Roll each patty with rice flour and put it in the baking tray grills it till brown on both sides. Serve hot with sauce.
