          Fried Chicken Wings

          Ingredients:
          10 wings
          2 tbsp flour
          2 tsp sesame seeds
          1egg beaten

          Method:
          Marinate chicken with salt, Chinese salt and pepper for half an hour.
          Mix well and deep fry for 15 minutes or till light golden.
          Serve with ketchup.

            Fried Chicken Balls

            Ingredients:
            1 cup chicken cut into strips
            2tbsp corn flour
            1tsp flour

            Method:
            Marinate chicken with salt, Chinese salt and white pepper for half an hour.
            Mix flour, egg and corn flour to make the batter. Dip the marinated chicken in it and deep fry like pakoras or koftas till light golden in colour.

              i dont know k mujahy is section me post kurna allow he ya nahi....

              mujhay kuch recipies mili socha sshare kur do

              CHICKEN TIKKA PIZZA RECIPE:

              MASALA FOR CHICKEN TIKKA

              i kg boneless chicken in cubes
              1/2 teasppon salt
              1/2 teaspoon haldi(turmeric)
              2 tablespoon lemon juice
              1 teaspoon red chilli powder
              1 teaspoon ginger ,garlic paste
              1/2 teaspoon black pepper
              1 teaspoon garam masala
              2 table spoon oil/ghee
              1/2 teaspoon black salt
              1/2 teaspoon japhil,jawatari

              method:
              make cut on chicken pieces and marinate with masala for 2-3 hours then barbecue or bake in oven at 180 centigrade for 30 min and smoke them with charcoal.

              other hand u need 1 onion cut in cubes shape,2 cup mozerella cheese
              1 cup chedder cheese.

              after make chicken tikka make pizza roti spread the dough in 12 inch pizza pan or what u have but this the actual size deep pan ok
              then prick it with fork ,
              spread pizza sauce on it chicken tikka pieces and 1 onion cut in cubes shape and 1 cup chedder and 2 cup of mozerella cheese ,bake for 20 min on 250 centigrade enjoyed it .

                Creamy Chicken Tikka Curry


                1 kg chicken, with bone, cut into medium size pieces
                2 teaspoons green chilies, made into a paste
                1 1/2 teaspoons ginger-garlic paste
                1 teaspoon chili flakes
                3/4 teaspoon white pepper powder
                1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
                1 teaspoon smoked cumin powder
                1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
                1/2 teaspoon allspice
                3/4 teaspoon msg
                1 tablespoon desiccated coconut
                2 tablespoons lemon juice
                2 tablespoons white vinegar
                8 tablespoons yogurt
                8 tablespoons cream
                1 tablespoon salt
                2 ounces oil


                marinate the chicken pieces in all the ingredients & leave for atleast 1 hr or over night.
                put in a pan & cook on low heat for 30-60 minutes, the gravy would have thickened by now.
                now leave a piece of coal directly on the flame of the stove to heat till it is almost white hot.
                pick this piece of coal with a pair of tongs n put in the middle of the creamy chicken tikka, n pour 2 oz of oil on the coal, it will immidiately start to smoke, so quickly cover with a tight lid & leave till the smoke dies down, about 10 minutes.
                discard the coal piece.


                Serve!!!!!!!!
