cake bake kertey huye wo jab ban jata hai to wo uper sey bilkul plain kaisey rakhtey hein as akser like wo phat hi jata hai..... phir acha to nahi lagta na ...:donno:

iss ki aik tip hai aur wo yeh ke
when ever u pour the batter into the pane.....try pouring it near the edges....avoid pouring in the center of your baking pane....tried n tested..it works..:)

wesey me ke cake main jab wo thora uppar aajata hai tu main us ka top cut kar deti hoon bread knife se,,,aur cake ko upside down dish main rakhti hoon...:D:

:tauba butter(makhan) nahi Batter(cake ka mixture)


wesey agar app pan ki base mian butter(makhan) lagao gi tu cake pan ko stick nahi karey ga:)
