    Hari mirch , hara dhaniya, zeera aur lehsun ko pees lain . chanay ubaal lain . aik degchi main oil daal kar thora sa zeera daal dain fir is main pisa hua masalha daal kar bhoon lain fir laal mirch aur imli ka paste daal kar bhoonain . ab is main chanay shamil kar lain . fir is main piyaz , hari mirch aur hara dhaniya bareek kaat kar mila lain . chat pate cholay tayar hain .

          sab say pehlay doodh ko cheeni daal kay obal laian illachi bhi dalaian us main ......

          khushak podwer, anda , ghee or backing powder ko achi taraha mix kar kay us ki chooti chooti goliyan bana laian ...

          pher unhaye oblatay hovay doodh main daal daian .....shuru main chamach na chalaian jab ubaal aye to chamach chalaian ....jab phool jaian to halki aanch main kuch dair pakain pher chula band kar daian .........................aik golo ko beach say choori say kaat kay deekhian kahi goliyan kacchi to nahi ....agar kacchi hain to kuch dair or paka laian ......

          ab Rasmalai fridge main reakh kar thandi kar kay kahain :eye:

              Ingredients:
              500g all-purpose flour (maida)
              100g ghee or butter
              A pinch of cooking soda
              Salt to taste
              50g green gram, boiled & drained
              50g Bengal gram flour
              1/4 tsp coriander powder
              1/4 tsp chili powder
              A pinch of turmeric
              A bunch of cilantro, chopped
              A bunch of mint leaves, chopped
              1/2 tsp dry mango powder (aamchur)
              5g fennel seeds
              Oil for frying

              Method:
              1. Sieve the flour along with salt and cooking soda. To this, add ghee and make a fine dough using little water. Cover and keep aside.
              2. Heat 2-3 tbsp of oil in a pan and fry the fennel seeds for few seconds. Then add drained and cooked green gram, Bengal gram flour, chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric, dry mango powder and fry for few minutes.
              3. Also add chopped cilantro, mint leaves, salt and cook for few more minutes. When done, remove from heat and keep aside.
              4. Make small balls from the dough. Take a ball, keep on your palm and press a little to stuff the above mixture.
              5. Seal the edges with the same dough and press the ball a little to oval shape. Repeat the process for the remaining balls and keep aside.
              6. Heat oil and fry the kachoris until golden brown in color and crispy.
              7. Serve hot with tamarind or mint chutney.

                Ingredients :
                2 cup basan
                salt
                gram masala only


                Method:

                1-take a bowl n mix basan with water
                2-after mixing u pour some salt n garam masala .mix them properly.
                3-And fried the bhalas in ghee.
                4-yours bhalas are ready
