        Methi Paratha..
        Ingredients:


        White flour 2 cups
        Methi leaves 3 tbsp
        Milk, cold 3/4 teacup
        Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
        Desi ghee 2 tbsp + for frying
        Salt to taste

        Method:
        Sieve the flour, salt and black pepper. Rub in 2 tbsp of ghee into the flour. Add methi, then add milk and knead flour into a firm dough. Cover and set aside for 40 minutes.
        Divide dough into 4 portions. Roll each into a smooth ball. Roll out each ball like chapati. Heat a tawa and cook the paratha on each side till half done without using ghee. Then put a tbsp of ghee on the paratha and fry both sides.
        Serve with raita.
        Serves: 4 people
        Preparation Time: 50 minutes
        Cooking Time: 20 minutes


        Kabab Paratha Rolls

        Ingredients:
        Onions 2 small chopped
        Ginger/ garlic 1+1 tsp
        Salt 1 tsp
        Green chilies chopped
        Red chopped chilies 1 tsp

        Method:
        Marinate with all given ingredients make kababs and bake for 30 min at 200 C, dum of charcoal and deep it aside. Make paratha and fill it with kabab, onion rings and imlee chutney. Roll out the paratha; serve with green chutney or imlee ki chutney.
