(Arabic Vegetable Recipe)
(For 6 Persons)
*** Ingrdients:-
*** 1 KG large n round black Eggplant
Salt to taste
Juce of 2 lemons
100 g tahina
3 cloves garlic
1 tbsp cold water

Method:-

Cook da Eggplant in a pan or in an
Oven(500..tempteture) untill da skin
blackens.
When da eggplants r cold ,peel n mash
or put in da blander.
Crush da garlic cloves wid salt n
add da lemon juce.
Add da tahina ,da crushed garlic n
lemon juce 2 da eggplants n mix well.
Pour da mixture into a plate.
Decorate wid parsley ,tomatoes n pamegranate.
