Things You'll Need
Duct tape of your chosen color.
Velcro tape
A cell phone
Decorations for the finished product (optional)
Scissors (optional)
Steps
1-Obtain the cell phone you want to make the case for and a duct tape of your desired color and texture.
2-Circle around the cell phone with the duct tape, having the sticky side out.
3-Cover the phone with tape, except for the top and bottom.
4-Cover the bottom with a strip of duct tape around 3 inches long, still with the sticky side out.
5-Completely cover the sticky areas with strips of duct tape (sticky side in).
6-Take a 10 inch strip of tape and fold it in half. Trim about 1 centimeter off of the side. This will be your flap.
7-Put an inch of Velcro tape where you want the flap on the cover of the case to be.
8-Get the other piece of Velcro that is as big as the first, and stick them together.
Attach the flap to the Velcro first, then bring it over the top to the other side and tape it down.

Warnings
This is a sticky project, so make sure everything unnecessary is cleared away and be careful.
Make sure you don't tape your phone on the sticky side!
