    Ajj kal taqreeban hr gher main hi maicrowave mojoud haii or usualy kitchen main is ka istemal bhi barhta jaraha haii.Abb yeh sirf khana garm krney k lya hi nahi khana pakaney k lya bhi use hota haii .
    Main yahan kuch aisi recipes share kr rahi hoo jo app microwave main tayar kr saktey hain
    Or ager microwave na ho tu stov epr tu khiar ban ho jayenge :blush:

    MICROWAVE BHINDI RECIPE

    Ingredients:

    • 300 grams bhindi - ladies fingers finely sliced
    • 1 tablespoon oil
    • 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
    • 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
    • 1/2 teaspoon dried mango powder
    • 1/2 teaspoon red chillies
    • 2 to 3 fresh green chillies
    • Salt to taste



    Preparation:
    In a non - stick frying pan heat the oil and put in all the masalas, (except the salt and mango powder).
    Stir fry for one minute and then add the bhindi.

    Mix well and then microwave for 5 minutes uncovered.
    Let it stand for 2 to 3 minutes and then serve.

      MICROWAVE PANEER MATAR

      Ingredients:
      • 6"-7" round dish or 2" high with cover
      • 100g paneer - grated
      • 1 cup shelled peas
      • 2 tbsp. oil
      • 1 medium size onion
      • 1-2 green chillies
      • 1/2" piece ginger
      • 6 tbsp. ready made tomato puree
      • 1/4- red chilli powder
      • 1/2 tsp. cumin powder
      • 1/2 tsp. garam masala powder
      • Cashewnuts - optional
      • Salt to taste



      Preparation:
      Grind together onion, green chillies, ginger and fry this masala for 4 to 5 minutes in a non-stick pan.
      Add tomato puree, garam masala, cumin powder, peas and sprinkle 1 tbsp. water.
      Now transfer this to a micro dish and micro high for 3 minutes.
      Add salt, grated paneer 5 tbsp. water and cashew nuts and mix gently.
      Cover the dish and again micro wave for 2 minutes and stand for another 2 minutes.
      Serve, garnished with fresh coriander and green chili.

        MICROWAVE MUTTON CHOPS


        Ingredients:
        • 8 pieces lamb chops
        • 3/4 tsp. garlic paste
        • 1/2 cup yoghurt
        • 1 tsp. aniseed, red chilli powder
        • 5 cloves
        • 3 1/2 tbsp. oil
        • 1 tbsp. lemon juice, ginger paste
        • 2 tsp. gram flour
        • a small piece of raw papaya
        • 1/2 tsp. black cardamom
        • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
        • Salt to taste



        Preparation:
        Flatten the chops with a hammer.
        Rub ginger-garlic paste and keep aside.
        Dry roast the' besan' in a pan till brown. Sprinkle it on the chops.
        Beat the curd in a bowl and keep aside.
        Grate raw papaya and rub well on meat.
        Add yoghurt and remaining ingredients, mix well.
        Add little oil to it. Marinate the mutton in this marinade for one hour.
        Fry the chops for about 5 minutes in a pan with 1 tbsp oil. and then transfer to the microwave.
        Cover, sprinkle with a little water and micro them for 6 minutes.
        Stand them for another 3 minutes and serve with onions, mint and a dash of lemon juice.

          MICROWAVE BHARAWAN BAIGAN


          Ingredients:
          250g small baingans
          1 tbsp. oil
          4- thick green chillies
          1/2 tsp. red chilli powder
          1/2 tsp. garam masala
          2 tsp. dhania powder
          1/2 tsp. amchoor
          1/2 tsp. haldi & sugar
          Juice of 1 lemon
          Salt to taste



          Preparation:
          Wash the bringals, and slit them.
          Slit green chillies and deseed them.
          Mix salt, sugar, chilli powder,' garam masala', 'amchoor', 'dhania powder' and haldi together.
          Add a little lemon juice to make a wet paste. Fill the paste in the bringals and green chillies.
          Pour oil in a pan and stir fry the stuffed brinjals for 3 minutes.
          Arrange in a dish, sprinkle a little water on them and then Micro on high, covered for 5 minutes and stand the dish for another 2 minutes.
          Serve garnished with lemon wedges and fresh coriander.( The cooking time of bringals is generally 15 minutes on the stove)

            MICROWAVE ZAYEKEDAR ARBI

            Ingredients:

            1/2 kg. Arbi, peeled and halved lengthways
            1" piece ginger grated finely
            4-5 cloves garlic - ground
            1-2 green chillies - finely chopped
            Juice of 1/2 lemon
            1/2 tsp ajwain - crushed roughly
            Salt to taste
            MASALA
            5 tbsp thick curd
            1 tsp besan (gram flour)
            1 tbsp fresh coriander chopped
            1 tbsp mint leaves - chopped
            2 tsp oil
            1/2 tsp red chilli powder
            1/2 tsp garam masala & amchoor



            Preparation:
            Choose even sized arbi and make sure that it is not too thick.
            Peel, slit into four pieces lengthwise.
            Rub 2 tsp. salt on it and keep aside for about 20 minutes or more.
            Wash well and strain and wipe with cloth. Place arbi in a flat dish and add ginger, garlic, chillies, lemon juice, ajwain, salt and mix well.
            Now take a pan and add 1 tbsp. of oil and sautee the arbi for 4 minutes Beat curd with a spoon in a small bowl.
            Add all the other ingredients and mix..
            Sprinkle the dahi mix on the arbi and again mix .
            Micro high covered 6 minutes. Let it stand for 2 minutes.
            Serve sprinkled with a little lemon juice.

              wow aquari bohot he zabardast recipe share ke hai.....its really yummy, khass kar kay brinjal ke recipe.....
              sahi kaha aaj kal loog microwave mai bohot saari dishes banatay hai...:rose
