    Fruity Omelet

    2eggs
    1tablespoon milk
    1tablespoon oil
    salt and pepper
    2tablespoons vanilla yogurt
    1/3 cup mixed fruit (or fruit of your choice)
    1 tablespoon brown sugar


    Method
    1. Combine eggs, milk, salt and pepper in a large bowl.
    2. Beat with a fork but don't make it frothy.
    3. Heat oil on medium heat in a flared omelet pan.
    4. To test the heat, pour a drop of egg mixture to make sure it sizzles.
    5. Lift the skillet and tilt around to coat the skillet.
    6. Pour egg mixture and cook until edges are golden brown.
    7. Use spatula to separate omelet into quarters and turn one quarter at a time.
    8. Cook on other side until golden.
    9. Drop a spoonful of yogurt and some mixed fruit (strawberries,blueberries, peaches,or any fruit you like) in the center of each omelet quarter.
    Sprinkle with brown sugar.

    Cheese Omelette
    2eggs
    salt
    pepper
    1 tablespoon butter
    1 tablespoon water
    2 slices deluxe American cheese (Kraft)

    Method

    1.Melt butter in 10" non-stick pan.
    2.Whip eggs and water well with fork or whip. Add salt and pepper.
    3.Stir.
    4.Once butter melted, add egg mixture.
    5.In first 30 seconds make a few slits with spatula to allow eggs to cook in center.
    6.Over MED-HI heat tilt pan back & forth so runny part of eggs cook.
    7.Pan should be nice & slippery for this!
    8.When almost done, tear cheese slices & place over eggs.
    9.Allow cheese to melt slightly.
    10.Fold half egg over the other.
    11.Give about 30 seconds to set.
    12.Slip egg onto plate.
    13.Enjoy!

      Italian Omelet
      2eggs
      2teaspoons breadcrumbs
      2teaspoons parmesan cheese
      1teaspoon milk
      1teaspoon parsley or coriander

      Method
      1.Mix all indredients together and beat well.
      2.Heat skillet and spray with cooking spray.
      3.Pour egg mixture into pan and cook until almost set; fold omelet in half and cook about 30 seconds longer.

                lovely yaar...mien to idher aati hi nhi hoon...
                aati hoon to yeh sab kuchh daykh k dil chahta hay k yahan say hee nikaal k khaa loon.....:)
