    Tea Sandwiches :D


    Ingredients:
    1. 1 ripe bread, sliced
    2. 1 tablespoon reduced-fat mayonnaise
    3. 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
    4. 1/8 teaspoon cracked black pepper
    5. 8 thin slices wheat bread
    6. 2 ounces thinly sliced smoked salmon or any cream cheese you like
    7. 12 thin slices cucumber
    Cooking Directions:
    1. Combine mayonnaise, lemon juice and pepper in a small bowl. Thinly spread on bread and top with salmon, and cucumber.
    Yield: 4 servings
