chicken 1 cup boiled
Apples 1 cup
eggs 3-4 boiled
cucamber 1 pao (quater) chopped
white channa 1 quater(1 pao) boiled
Capsicam 1 cup chopped


saary fruites & vegetables & eggs k kaat ker aik bowl main daal lain

mayonese 1 cup

French Dressing

salad oil 1/2 cup
waster sauce 1 tb sp
mustered powder 1 t sp
black papper 1 t sp
viniger 2 tb sp
salt 1 t sp
suger 1 t sp

sab cheezo ko bowl main dalay aur mix ker lain aur achii tarah

Method

ab jis bowl main fruits kaaty thy us main mayonese & dressing daal ker achii tarah mix ker lain

lemon juice 1 tb sp
black papper 1 t sp

chilli sauce 2 tb sp
freshcream 1 cup
